Rental Policy
- Minimum rental duration: 1 day. Maximum: 10 days.
- Security deposit is fully refundable after inspection.
- Late returns incur 150% of daily rental rate per day.
- Damage or loss is deducted from the security deposit.
Returns & Exchanges
- Ready-to-wear purchases can be exchanged within 5 days.
- Custom-made outfits are not eligible for returns.
- Items must be unused with original tags.
Cancellations
- Rental cancellations up to 48 hours prior are fully refunded.
- Late cancellations are subject to a 25% rental charge.
- Appointments can be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
Care Guidelines
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, or chemicals.
- Store outfits and jewelry in breathable covers.
- Return jewelry in original packaging to avoid damage.
